What are you thinking about?
According to research done by UCLA, we have around 70000 thoughts per day and around 80% of those thoughts are negative.
Imagine the change you could bring into your life if 80% of your thoughts were positive!
Today when you are busy doing your everyday tasks, see if you can be aware of you thoughts. Are they positive or negative? Are they what you want to be thinking about? Are they inspiring you or making you feel worthless?
Believe it or not, YOU have the power to change your thoughts. You can choose to think happy thoughts or negative ones.
The trick is in the awareness of what you are thinking. Once you are aware (or mindful) of what you are doing, then you have the power to change it.
So today, see if you can catch yourself when you start thinking negatively and switch it to a more positive beat!
The more you can choose happy thoughts, the more peaceful and graceful your life can become.
